CCP Global was selected over many large global consulting organizations to be J&J’s primary consulting partner to implement and roll out their newly acquired eProcurement system.   This partnership led to numerous strategic projects, driving over $1B in bottom-line savings for J&J.

CCPG led the functional team for the implementation and performed the assessment, design and implementation of new business processes, supplier setup, and content management. CCPG was responsible for the overall effort to integrate suppliers into the client’s Buyer system, system integration with the Commerce Services Network, system testing strategy, and knowledge transfer to client personnel.
