Honda – Procurement Transformation & Implementation

CCP Global was selected as project consulting partner with Honda on its Procurement Transformation Project.  The combined team successfully implemented and delivered the Ariba Buyer eProcurement platform.  The solution required integrating the new Ariba platform into Honda’s existing ERP system (PeopleSoft).  Project scope included roll-out to over 5,600 users across 3 North American business units.  CCPG additionally managed support transition to internal Honda team.
